KartWow is an online store operated by Master AI Labs (Palm Bay, Florida, United States). By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send an order-confirmation email after payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order (and fully refund you) if an item is unavailable, if there was an obvious pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are in US dollars. The price, any applicable sales tax, and shipping are shown before you confirm payment at checkout. Prices and availability can change at any time before you place an order. We accept card and bank payment and, where offered, cryptocurrency and KartWow store credit.

Shipping

We ship from a US warehouse. Typical delivery is 2-7 business days after a 1-2 business-day handling window; the estimate for your address is shown at checkout. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order and have not given you a revised date you agree to, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Shipping information page for details.

KartWow store credit (wallet)

KartWow store credit is a prepaid balance, held in US dollars, that you can use toward purchases at KartWow. Store credit does not expire and we do not charge fees for holding it. Store credit can be spent only at KartWow and is generally not redeemable for cash, except where applicable law requires us to cash out a small remaining balance — in those cases we follow the law of your state. Store credit has no value outside KartWow, cannot be resold, and is not a bank product. If we close your account for fraud or abuse, any credit obtained through that activity may be forfeited.

Rewards

Rewards points you earn have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and can be redeemed only for KartWow benefits as described in the rewards program. We may change or end the rewards program with reasonable notice; points already earned will be honored for a reasonable period after any change.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection law.

Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use it for unlawful purposes. All KartWow names, logos, and site content are owned by Master AI Labs or its licensors.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your non-waivable rights as a consumer.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your home state or country. We may update these terms; the version shown here applies to orders placed after it is posted.
